01Your rate groups
Your airport operation may calculate charges differently from your station service. TeckPay lets you configure both without forcing them into the same rules: every receipt line is a rate you define, grouped per location.

Every line is a rate you define: fixed, entered by the driver, a percentage, calculated from chosen rows, tiered with brackets, or metered. Mark rows required and skip any row on cash rides.
The terminal prompts for the rows you marked as entered by the driver, such as fare and tolls. Every other line is calculated from your rate group.
Your merchant account can hold several locations. Create a rate group for each, and your admin assigns it - one configuration for an airport, another for a station or another location.
Basic rows make up the driver's share. Calculated rows are collected for other parties, airport fees included. Your TeckPay fee can be a receipt row or a cost you absorb.
Metered rates combine a base charge with distance and time for fleets that want meter-based fares on the same device.
When rates change or a new fee appears, update the group and new rides use it. Payments already processed retain their recorded calculations.

See rides across your fleet as they come in. Add drivers, see your Clover terminals, and review ride activity from one place. Rides whose payment record does not line up are flagged for review, and every recorded change to a ride is kept in its history.

Log in with a Clover PIN, accept card payments, and record cash fares. The terminal asks only for the rows you marked as entered by the driver; every other line is calculated from your rate group.
